George Carlin, 1934 - 2008.
As a kid, George Carlin was the first comedian I ever saw on HBO. It wasn’t Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor or Redd Foxx. It was George. He had a wonderful take on Government, golf courses (his rant on the uselessness and over-creation of golf courses and the lack of affordable housing, to this day, is the Number One reason why I hate golf) and the seven words you can’t say on television motivated me to learn to master the more vile words of the King’s language. If he was on television, I wanted to watch and listen to what he had to say.

Thank you George. I’ll keep hating golf course.
