So last weekend (4/21/2012) Saturday Night Spaghetti Night was an underwhelming misstep. First, the meatballs from the local italian eatery were small and cost 10.00 for ten of them. Yes. How ever, the cheesy garlic-like bread loaf was a bit better. Second, I ran out of Parmesan cheese. DOH. So this week’s spaghetti will be better. Adding tomato paste and mixed canned vegetables to the sauce and I have plenty of Parmesan cheese for the night. I will post photos of tonight’s meal. Oh, and just saying - the slow cooker will be used.
